The REACH Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Organization.

REACH Medical provides stigma free care for all people, offering primary care, Medication Assisted Treatment, Hepatitis C treatment, and more. Our initial target population is individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD).

REACH Medical proudly transitioned to become a licensed provider under the Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) in New York State in February 2021.

This new licensure will improve our financial sustainability and allow us to treat significantly more patients moving forward, but this transition has proven to be extremely challenging for REACH and has created additional financial strain. If possible please consider making a donation today.

Any contribution will help us meet our fiscal goals and ensure we can continue to expand our work here.  REACH aims to end the opioid epidemic in rural New York State and beyond. We are working locally and with state and federal agencies to achieve Health Equity for All.
